Key Responsibilities:
• Leadership and manage a team, providing guidance and support to ensure team targets are met or exceeded.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes and enhance customer experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales and foster long-term relationship.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the education engineering. (special considering)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Results-oriented with a passion for driving business growth and exceeding targets. Positive thinking
• Fluency in English and Thai is required
