- ติดต่อและประสานงานกับลูกค้าต่างประเทศ (ญี่ปุ่น)
- ติดต่อและประสานงานกับฝ่ายขายต่างประเทศ (ญี่ปุ่น)
- รองรับ Requirement ต่าง ๆ เกี่ยวกับความต้องการทางด้านคุณภาพ (Spec & Requirement) และประสานงานกับทางโรงงานเรื่องแผนการผลิต
- ติดตามและวางแผนการส่งออกสินค้ากับฝ่ายขาย และลูกค้า
- ติดตามปัญหาและประสานงานด้านการส่งออกกับฝ่ายขาย และลูกค้า
- ประสานงานกับส่วนงานต่าง ๆ เพื่อให้การส่งออกเป็นไปตามแผนส่งมอบตามความต้องการของลูกค้า
- Male / Female, Age 20 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's Degree in Japanese Language or any related fields
- Good command of written and spoken Japanese N2 Level UP
- At lease 0-3 years experienced in Customer Service in manufacturing
- Pleasant personality, excellent computer skill (MS Office and Internet)
- New graduated will be welcome
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Able to manage and cooperate in Chinese language with self-confident
- Able to communicate with English or Japanese will be advantage
