Thai Head Chef
IMPACT Exhibition Management Co.,Ltd.In charge of Thai Head Chef for Thai Halal Restaurant & Isan Restaurant.
Responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations under the Chef de Cuisine, managing the team, ordering supplies, controlling costs for both banquet and a la carte services, and ensuring the overall smooth running of the restaurant including menu development and recipe creation.
1.Lead the team to successfully accomplish the assigned objectives.
2.Collaborate with the Chef de Cuisine to align on the goals and specific details of each task.
3.Ensure that food is prepared in the correct quantity and meets quality standards.
4.Manage the overall production costs for both sales and events.
5.Provide training to employees on their specific job duties as detailed in the job description.
- Completed secondary education and has at least 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Jr. Sous Chef.
- Possesses strong leadership skills in kitchen management and menu development.
- Proficient in Thai cuisine, able to calculate costs, create recipes, and manage food costs.
- Good command of Thai & English Language, Computer is good skills and the ability to solve problems effectively.
- Demonstrates strong creative thinking, consulting, and presentation skills.
