We are seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits (Officer / Senior) who is looking for new challenges and achievement in his/her career.
Job Descriptions :
• Responsible for overall payroll processing works including time attendance, overtime and payment process
• Perform calculation of time attendance , overtime and leave records
• Ensure the completeness and correctness of payroll process within a timeframe
• Coordinate with government offices (Revenue Department, Social Security Office) and all concerned parties
• Male/Female
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, or related fields
• 1-6 years of working experience in payroll processing, compensation management and benefit administration works
• Knowledge in Personal Income tax, Social Security Fund, Provident Fund and labor laws are required
• Fair communication in English
• Good attitude and team player
• Able to work well under pressure
• Energetic and service-minded person
• Computer literacy (Ms office, Word, Excel) is an essential
