- อัปเดตธุรกรรมธนาคารรายวันสำหรับการชำระเงินของลูกค้า และดำเนินการกระทบยอดธนาคารทั้งหมด
- ตรวจสอบเอกสารบัญชีลูกหนี้
- ออกใบแจ้งหนี้ บันทึกการชำระเงิน และการกระทบยอดบัญชี
- ทำงานร่วมกับทีมขายงานประกันภัยเพื่อแก้ไขข้อซักถามของลูกค้าที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเรียกเก็บเงินและการชำระเงิน ตามหนี้ลูกหนี้
- ตรวจสอบและกระทบยอดธุรกรรมการขายในแต่ละวันจากช่องทางต่างๆ เพื่อให้มั่นใจถึงความถูกต้องและครบถ้วน
- ตรวจสอบ Collectors receipt Vouchers และตรวจสอบอีกครั้งและสรุป WHT ของลูกค้า
- รับผิดชอบในการตรวจสอบเช็ครายวันทั้งหมด
- ทำงานร่วมกับ Collector และประสานงานกับทีมบัญชีเจ้าหนี้
- รับผิดชอบรายงานค่าคอมมิชชันและ Premiums Spilt report
- จัดเตรียมรายการบันทึกประจำวันที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ AR การกระทบยอดบัญชี
- จัดทำเอกสาร Voucher Receivable
- บันทึกค่าบริการ และออกใบกำกับภาษีให้กับบริษัทประกันภัย
- งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุ 22-30 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป สาขาการบัญชี
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Excel โดยเฉพาะ Vlookup , Pivot Table เป็นไป
- หากมีความรู้ในด้าน AR Insurance Brokers จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีประสบการณ์ตรงด้าน AR อย่างน้อย 1-3 ปี
- สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี [ฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียน]
- สามารถจัดการงานหลายอย่างและเรียนรู้ได้อย่างรวดเร็ว
- สามารถทำทัศนคติและรายละเอียดได้
- มีประสบการณ์ในสายธุรกิจประกันภัย และนายหน้า จะพิจารณาเป็นกรณีพิเศษ
