Main Responsibilities:
As a School Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality service that promotes and improves school health while addressing health inequalities. You will work collaboratively with a diverse team, fostering a culture of learning, reflective practice, and professional growth. You will also provide clinical care and contribute to the overall development of the school nursing service.
Person Specifications:
Minimum Qualifications (Essential upon arrival):
- Recent clinical experience in a school or healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English, able to work in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Strong administrative skills and computer literacy.
- Flexible, responsive, and adaptable to changing environments.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Competency in assessing, evaluating, and managing health conditions and emergencies.

- Approachable and a team player.
- Inclusive, with the ability to build effective partnerships across departments.
