- Responsible in Ordering process and co-ordinate with supplier (Japanese communication skill required)
- Issue Purchase order.
- Review the order from each BU.
- Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in term of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services.
- Compare the price with other supplier and market.
- Sourcing New Product & Others Uobs assigned by Manager.
- To support & assist in all procurement operational process to ensure compliance to policies, procedure & practical.
- To follow up delivery and all required documents with the vendors.
- To prepare data and information for the purchasing report.
- Others jobs assigned by Manager.
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, Economics or any related field.
- At least 1-2 year experiences in procurement or purchasing function.
- ***Good Communication both Japanese & Thai.***
- Computer literacy is a must (MS-Excel, MS-Word, Internet).
