[Lockin] Sales Manager

1. Sales Planning and Target Setting

- Develop sales plans and set achievable sales targets for the team

- Ensure alignment of sales objectives with overall business goals

2. Budget Control and Sales Strategy

- Manage budgets effectively and plan sales strategies to meet business objectives

- Initiate and develop pragmatic strategy for achieving sales targets

- Engage in negotiation and proposal processes with customers

3. Team Leadership and Sales Execution

- Lead the sales team and conduct sales activities to meet or exceed set targets

- Provide guidance and support to team members to optimize performance

- Evaluate and measure performance of team members based on job scope

4. Sales Channel Management

- Control and enhance sales performance through both online and offline channels

- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, including sales agents

5. Sales Process Optimization

- Continuously improve sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

- Stay updated on market trends and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly

6. Sales Performance Analysis and Reporting

- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement

- Provide regular reports on sales performance to the management team

- Control and enhance sales performance through both online and offline channels

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and team management
• Understanding of the digital door market or technology products
• Experience in selling digital technology or electronic devices will be given special consideration
• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and online marketing tools
• Experience in leading a sales team to high performance and increased revenue
• Skills in building and managing an efficient team
• Creative thinking and responsibility for sales performance
• Strong communication both Thai and English and coordination skills
• Advanced computer skills, including Google Suite and Microsoft Office
• Ability to plan and manage tasks to meet deadlines
• Availability to work 6 days a week and, if necessary, on Sundays and public holidays, such as for off-site exhibitions
• Personal vehicle (a plus)
• Willingness to travel to different provinces as needed
