- Creating and implementing marketing strategies that align with the brand's overall goals
- Creating and promoting Blu-O branding
- Overseeing marketing campaigns to ensure they are completed on time and meet goals
- Working with operation, marketing, sales & other teams including external team to ensure cohesive brand messaging and smooth coordination
- Analyzing market trends Using tools and other methods to analyze market trends and consumer behavior
- Budget Control Oversee & Control Budget for marketing activity according to company’s policy and report to supervisor
- Minimum 5 years of experience in entertainment business marketing management
- Proficient in English communication
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop campaigns to drive sales performance
