Assistant Section Manager (Import-Export)

Planning & Estimate

• Collaborate with Manager to develop a quality service for customer needs.
• Advise customer service procedure.
• Prepare sales forecast reports and Prepaid expenses including outstanding balances.

Service Import & Export

• Monitor import-Export service operation ensure on standard.
• Assist and analyze, make decisions to solve problems from operations, including problems of team members.
• Manage, analyze customer needs, expectations, satisfaction, and complain.
• Advice and guidance to provide good service to employees and follow up on and evaluate the performance of subordinates.
• Provide import and export consulting to executives and clients.
• Analyze and consider service rates and work with the sales department to consider accepting new customers.
• Control and approve expenses for import and export operations.

Human Resources

• Monitor, evaluate performance, and develop plans to increase work efficiency.
• Consider selecting personnel with manager and human resource section.

• Age 35-45 years
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistic, International Business or other relevant field.
• At least 7 years of experience in Import - Export and Customs clearance.
• Communicates well in English. (Toiec 550 up)
• Has computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge in Custom Law
• Knowledge in Custom Clearance
• Knowledge in International Trade
