Responsibilities

• System Installation and Configuration

• System Monitoring and Maintenance

• Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution

• User Support and Training

• Security Management

• Backup and Disaster Recovery

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

• Proficiency in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting various operating systems (e.g., Windows Server) and network equipment (e.g., routers, switches).

• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure).

• Knowledge of system security principles and best practices, including firewalls, VPNs, and encryption methods.

• Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery procedures and tools

• Understanding of database management systems (e.g., SQL Server) and basic SQL querying.
