Production Supervisor Refrigerator Production
Sharp Appliances (Thailand) Co.,Ltd1. Production Management:
o Plan, supervise, and manage production processes to achieve company goals.
o Ensure the production line operates efficiently and meets the high standards required for refrigerator manufacturing.
o Oversee and control damage in the production to achieve company target.
2. Quality Assurance:
o Oversee product quality control and address market complaints to meet company targets.
o Implement corrective actions to resolve production line issues and ensure consistent product quality.
3. Manpower Planning:
o Plan and arrange manpower allocation effectively, ensuring alignment with production capacity.
o Supervise team performance and ensure efficient workforce utilization.
4. Equipment and Maintenance Management:
o Monitor and control machine performance to minimize damage and ensure smooth operations.
o Manage and supervise the preventive maintenance plan to reduce machine downtime and meet breakdown targets.
5. Problem Solving:
o Identify and address production line process issues promptly.
o Coordinate with relevant departments for corrective action.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• 5 years up of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment and Strong understanding of production processes and quality control.
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of refrigerator manufacturing processes will be considered an advantage.
• Experience in damage control and process improvement.
• Familiarity with maintenance and preventive maintenance processes.
• Good in English communication (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
• Strong interpersonal and team management skills.
