Assistant Section Chief BOI

• Plan and control BOI activities to align with company targets.

• Ensure strict compliance with BOI, EEI, and Thai customs laws and regulations.

• Stay updated on regulatory changes and advise relevant departments accordingly.

• Plan and manage privileges for importing materials, machines, and related items under BOI and EEI.

• Support and coordinate the import process to ensure timely material supply for production.

• Monitor imported machines under BOI and ensure timely stock adjustments to avoid unnecessary taxes.

• Control and manage imported material stock, including stock cuts, vendor returns, and BOI model formula submissions.

• Identify alternative solutions to minimize import taxes and extra costs.

• Control and manage scrap processes for materials, machines, spare parts, and molds under BOI and customs law.

• Provide guidance to departments on maximizing BOI & EEI benefits.

• Lead and mentor BOI team members, providing guidance on compliance and problem-solving.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external regulatory agencies.

• Ensure effective coordination with customs authorities, vendors, and logistics providers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

• 5-7 years of experience in BOI, Import Clearance, and Logistics.

• Advanced knowledge of BOI, EEI, and Thai customs regulations.

• Strong understanding of import control (IC) processes for machinery and home appliance parts.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
