Basic Requirements

Full Time

0 - 3 Year

Bangkok (Sapansung)

Bachelor's Degree

Depend on qualifications and experience

Responsibilities

- Coordinating with customers and internal/external organization to make service job completed smoothly

- Service problem handling until job completed

- Issuing and handling documents related to service department

- Recording service report/summary, and meeting minutes

- Being Interpreter during meeting (if any)

- Other tasks as assigned

- Working day : Monday - Friday from 8.00 - 17.00 (Office)

Requirements

- Bachelor degree in BBA or related field

- Age not over 35 years old

- Good command of Chinese and English

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Good coordinating and planning skills

- Can-do attitude, Attention to detail

- Self-motivation, adaptability and initiative

- MS Office: Excel, Word, Power point

- Experienced in customer service or sales support would be advantage

- Fresh graduate is also welcome :-)

- Base salary is considered according to ability.
