• Manage and control project implementation
• Analyze data, guide and manage corrective/preventive action to improve system performance
• Manage media queuing and quality of on-air media
• Involve and support new project system
• Control operation and safety in operation
• Monitor and evaluate subcontractors
• Carry out risk assessment
• Control report and documentation to customers for billing collection
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in related engineering disciplines
• At least 4 years in management position
• Strong leadership and project management skills including program management, sub-contractor management & cost
control
• Multimedia Operation experience in Multimedia Advertising is a definite advantage
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiar with project management software such as MS Project, Digital Signage, LED screens (indoor/outdoor), SAT, IPTV,
and Network
• Able to work independently, proactive
• Pleasant personality, service-minded, well-organized, and good interpersonal skills
• Computer literate with good command of spoken and written English
