Application Support Analyst

- Provide professional service to support our client’s for application-related problems.
- Analyst issues and able to provide suggestion to help our clients
- Co-ordinate with development team both Thai and other country to digest issues
- Testing application enhancements and co-ordination of user testing.
- Coordinate and manage the implementation plan and user acceptant test (UAT)
- Perform issues tracking and follow up
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields
- Good communication, Coordination, and organization skills.
- Problem solving, analytical skill, and ability to work within a team environment.
- Good interpersonal skills and service mind
- Fresh graduates are also welcome
- Experience on application or client support is preferable
- Experience in Stock Trading, Financial or related field would be advantaged
- Experience in basic technical knowledge in Relational Database would be advantaged
