- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding product availability, order status, and delivery schedules.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Process customer orders and ensure accurate data entry.
- Prepare reports and other relevant documentation.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in arts or related fields
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Japanese and English.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
