Sales Engineer

- Develop market penetration strategies for the domestic market.
- Generate new leads through direct marketing and networking events.
- Maintain existing customer relationships through technical support (e.g., impeller selection, drawing support).
- Conduct regular customer visits and presentations.
- Monitor customer pipeline and develop action plans.
- Implement and drive business planning cycles for key customers.
- Define customer demands and align them with the company's value proposition.
- Achieve sales targets according to the planned budget.
- Conduct competitive analysis within each market segment in Thailand.
- Perform ad-hoc activities and projects as assigned by management.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably Mechanical, Thermo Dynamics or Industrial Engineering
- At least 5 years experiences in sales engineer of technical or engineering products
- Strong in mechanical products
- Prior exposure and knowledge of HVAC and Oil & Gas industry will be an added advantage.
- Good commend in English (Speaking & listening)
- Able to drive with own car
