- Manage and supervise technician teams to ensure the completion of maintenance work according to the planned schedule.
- Train and mentor the maintenance team in electrical, automation, and general maintenance tasks.
- Improve and maintain utility systems and manufacturing machinery.
- Oversee the setting, repair, and installation of equipment according to engineering plans and specifications.
- Strong understanding of PLC systems (Mitsubishi) and electrical work.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth maintenance operations and minimize downtime.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- At least 15 years of experience in maintenance, with a focus on automation and electrical work.
- Leadership and problem-solving skills in automation and electrical systems.
- Proficient in electrical drawing and design.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
