- Implement best practices aligned with the Operations Strategy and Operations System to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and oversee an annual improvement plan, setting clear objectives, goals, and performance metrics for all departments.
- Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects, ensuring measurable and sustainable results.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by working closely with all stakeholders and promoting cross-functional collaboration.
- Conduct training programs, such as Operators Training, to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Facilitate and participate in Gemba ("go and see") activities to identify and implement operational improvements.
- Identify and implement innovative solutions, sharing best practices across departments and locations.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Automation, or related fields).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, Visual Management, Lean, TPM).
- Experience in Operational Excellence and/or Process Improvement is a plus.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills with the ability to influence and lead teams.
- Experience with IT/software tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, and RPA is an advantage.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
