• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or consumer engagement.
• Strong understanding of CRM tools, customer lifecycle strategies, and data-driven marketing.
• Experience in managing omni-channel campaigns (e.g., social media, LINE OA, TikTok, Open Chat).
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data to derive insights and guide decisions.
• Familiarity with TikTok affiliate programs and influencer management is a plus.
• Good command of English and excellent communication skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
