Business Development Deputy Manager
Flash Express Co., Ltd.- Responsible for developing and expanding new business in alignment with the company's overall strategy.
- Responsible for business negotiations with clients, pricing proposals, contract signing, and organizing joint activities.
- Maintain close relationships with clients, understand their operations and policy trends, analyze competitor data, provide timely feedback to the company, and develop countermeasures.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and assist the finance department in debt collection.
- Proactively promote the company's new business developments to existing clients.
- Assist the marketing department in gathering market sales data and user feedback.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the company or supervisors.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
- At least 4-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Ability to analyze market trends, competitor data, and provide strategic insights.
- Experience in contract management, pricing proposals, and financial follow-ups is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop counterstrategies based on client and market insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
