Sale Executive (Account Owner)
ZIM (Thailand) Co., Ltd.- Sales Management: Oversee sales activities to maximize outcomes and enhance the company’s profitability
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to all sales processes and regulations as outlined by management
- Client Engagement: Conduct regular visits to customers to assess their needs and promote the company’s products and services.
- Lead Generation: Generate sales leads and relay them to the appropriate departments for follow-up, in line with company directives.
- Accounts Follow-Up: Monitor customer payments and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collection.Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively working to expand the customer base.
- Needs Assessment: Identify customer needs and uncover potential business opportunities.
- Solution Design: Develop tailored solutions based on customers' specific requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
- Must have experience in Sales in Shipping or Freight Forwarding Industry
- Understanding of sales processes and dynamics
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Thai
- Having logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints constructively
- Ability to work under pressure
