- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients (B2B) to understand their business needs.
- Present tailored solutions such as Messaging Services, Event & Lucky Draw, and CRM Solutions to help clients achieve their sales goals.
- Develop strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as Marketing and Technical teams, to deliver the best solutions for clients.
- Prepare sales reports, analyze data, and propose improvement plans to management.
- Participate in business activities such as events and seminars to generate new sales opportunities.
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales (experience in Messaging Services or CRM is a plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop creative solutions.
- Highly motivated and capable of thriving in a dynamic and challenging environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
