• Creation and managing of tariffs for tours, transfers and packages with rates and full description
• Input and update all information (costs, rates, etc.) in the system for Sales, Reservation and Operations to be ready to use, as well for Finance & Accounting
• Contracting and negotiating for suppliers’ contract with adequate comparison
• Maintain healthy relationship with the suppliers
• Continuously renew and renovate our products and services to meeting changing expectations
• Research for new products to meet new market trends.
• Overseeing the development of new itineraries and costing of all itineraries
• Evaluate and improve existing products to optimize sales, profits and guest satisfaction
• Ensure that all products and trips have Standard Operating Procedures and all trips have comprehensive, standardized trip notes (coordinate with Operations)
• Maintain awareness and carry out regular analysis of destination, local, market, competitor and general product developments and travel trends in South-East Asia
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of Travel and Tour destinations and products in Thailand
• Knowledge of the source markets’ preferences and requirements
• Keen on finding and sharing new products
• Negotiating skill
• Well organized in managing data and sharing data in a proper system
• Good command of English skills in writing, listening and reading
• Being responsible, independent and proactive
• Able to prioritize, manage time and work to deadlines, and longer hours when needed
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
