Perform and manage the overall production operations.
• Implement and manage the quality and the productivity improvement activities.
• Handle the product manufacturing operations.
• Create the documents necessary for business operations.
• Supervise the manufacturing equipment and systems maintenance.
• Work with the managers and staffs to coordinate and supervise daily operations.
• Develop the periodic reports for the management.
• Handle queries from managers and employees.
• Good knowledge in standard, ISO 13485, GMP will be advantage.
• Good writing and communication skill in English, Japanese will be advantage
• Strong leadership, good communication and coordination skills, be proactive and good
problem-solving skill
• Ability to work with related details and others under pressure and deadlines
• Have a car license and be able to work by an own car
• Thai nationality, Male age 28-40 years old
• Bachelor's degree in Faculty of Engineering or Faculty of Science
• Conversational Middle level in English (Be able to audit and communicate with manager)
• An understanding of Health and Safety.
• Ability to communicate clearly with staff and all levels.
• Able to use Computer / Microsoft office.
• Experience working in a manufacturing factory for products registered with the FDA,
such as cosmetics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, etc.
• Experience preparing for production of a new Product
Experience in selecting and procuring the necessary jigs and tools.
Creating production documents such as WI check sheet etc.
• Ability to understand general drawings.
Preferable Skill / Experience
• Experience in productivity improvement activities on the production line.
• New Production Facility installation and setup experience.
• Experience in PLC (Programmable logic controller) error checking and program editing
