-Locate and acquire new sites to expand business by means of acquisition or locating new sites following strategic growth requirements for the long-term plan in right format and location to meet our customer’s needed.
-Generate, prepare, and analyze feasibility study of the project such as financial and cash flow (P&L, C&F) estimation and present to top management.
-Negotiate terms and conditions and involve in development and acquisition plan with all department concerns.
-Deal with the site contracts and handover the site to construction team.
-Involve with legal team to make sure all conditions complying with company standard terms and conditions.
-Support the asset team in lease renewal, rent reduction and impairment.
-Balance quality and best value acquisitions.
- Negotiate and deliver the best prices and conditions for sites on time and within budget.
- Age: 27 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or any related field
-At least 2 years in working experience as a sales/marketing/business development experience.
- Strong research, quantitative, financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of financial statements
- Good interpersonal skills, team-oriented yet able to work independently
- Good communication in English
- Able to think strategically and ‘out-of-box’ to solve problems, grow the business or drive change
- Project management, communication, problem solving, negotiation and analytical skills
