Assists the Assistant Manager and Executive Housekeeper in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Housekeeping Department. Key responsibilities include enforcing adherence to all policies and procedures outlined in the Departmental Operations Manual to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Minimum 2 years work experience as Housekeeping Supervisor or 3-4 years as Room Attendant in a hotel.
- Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
