You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Guest Service Officer is responsible to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Reception within the Rooms Division.
- Pleasant personality with good English communication skills.
- Experience in international hotel brand will be an advantage.
- Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Able to work in shifts, including nigh shift for Guest Service Officer
