- study tender documentation such as instruction to bidder, project requirement, specification and drawings and prepare query list if any discrepancies, error or insufficient information.
- applied additional design requirement for any uncleared specification to complete estimation drawing.
- making VECD estimation drawing for easy understanding.
- collaborate with TSMZ designer to collect necessary design information for estimation confirmation.
- take off quantities, and ensure that the specification and quantity are correct as per the provided drawings.
- prepare the bill of quantities and pricing
- • Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering or other relevant field
- • At least 5 years experience in QS
- • Has computer skills, including MS Project, MS Office (Especially MS Excel), Auto Cad, Navis, Revit
- • Good communication in English
- • Capable of working in construction in the suburban area
- • Capable of working under pressure and able to coordinate with colleagues
- Annual Check Up
