Responsibilities

ออกแบบและพัฒนาโปรแกรมการฝึกอบรมให้สอดคล้องกับกลยุทธ์และเป้าหมาย
กำหนดแผนการพัฒนาองค์กรและพนักงานทั้งในระยะสั้นและระยะยาว
กำหนดวัตถุประสงค์และผลลัพธ์ของการฝึกอบรม เพื่อแก้ไขช่องว่างของทักษะเฉพาะตามแต่ละตำแหน่งงาน หรือด้านการปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพ
วิเคราะห์ความจำเป็นในการฝึกอบรม ให้สอดคล้องกับกลยุทธ์ เป้าหมาย และสมรรถนประจำแต่ละตำแหน่งงาน (Year/Monthly plan)
ตรวจสอบหลักสูตร หรือโปรแกรมการฝึกอบรมพัฒนาบุคลากร ให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด กฎหมาย หรือเงื่อนไขการปฎิบัติงาน
ปรับปรุงโปรแกรมการฝึกอบรมให้สอดคล้องกับความกฎหมาย, ข้อกำหนด ISO, หรือวิธีการปฏิบัติงานที่เปลี่ยนแปลง
ควบคุมและตรวจสอบการยื่นรับรองหลักสูตรและค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกิดจากการฝึกอบรม
สรุปรายงานการฝึกอบรม และประสิทธิภาพหลังจากเสร็จสิ้นการอบรมในแต่ละหลักสูตร
ควบคุม และติดตามการปฎิบัติงานของทีมงานให้เป็นไปตามแผนงาน

Requirements

วุฒิการศึกษาปริญาตรี ขึ้นไป ในสาขาบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีประสบการณ์ในสายงานบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล (HRM & HRD) อย่างน้อย 3 ปี
มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการปฎิบัติงานเกี่ยวกับระบบ ISO จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
มีความรู้และทักษะการใช้ Program MS.Office
มีทักษะในการโปรแกรมมีเดีย หรือโปรแกรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการตัดต่อ Clip VDO
มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับ พรบ. ส่งเสริมการพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน
