The Financial Officer plays a vital role in managing funds, controlling financial audits, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating with banks, thereby maintaining the organization's financial stability and supporting management's decision-making.
Responsibilities :
- Adhere to and ensure compliance with regulations governing international fund transfers as stipulated by banking institutions.
- Efficiently and accurately process both domestic and international fund transfers.
- Prepare financial summaries in a structured and precise manner.
- Oversee cash flow management to maintain adequate funds for the organization’s operational expenses
- Conduct thorough verification of documents related to advance payment clearances to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Establish and maintain a systematic filing system for key financial documents, such as receipts and invoices, to facilitate efficient record retrieval.
- Liaise with domestic and international banking institutions to optimize financial transaction processes and ensure seamless operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
- Comprehensive knowledge of domestic and international fund transfer processes.
- Possesses knowledge of foreign exchange rates and currency transactions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and self-motivated, with the ability to perform well under pressure.
- A team player with a positive attitude towards challenges.
