We are seeking a Junior Financial Officer to support various financial processes, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Asset Administration. This role also involves completing the full accounting cycle and assisting in the preparation of annual financial reports, such as the Financial Statement (FS) and Balance Sheet (BS).
Responsibilities :
- Managing daily administrative tasks to ensure timely payment processing and compliance adherence.
- Handling filing of receipts and invoices, sorting and tracking mail, archiving documents, and retrieving claims.
- Supporting internal control systems and assisting in risk analysis, both short and long-term.
- Providing audit support by managing document filing, archiving, and retrieval.
- Assisting with tax and statutory base administrative tasks, including managing withholding tax certificates (Pnd.1, Pnd.3, Pnd.53), PP.36, and VAT.
- Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of tax records and compliance with local statutory requirements, including input VAT from tax invoices.
- Facilitating domestic and international transfers.
