- Create and analyze information related to the company’s operation as well as financial performance in IR materials such as presentation, investor note, factsheet to communicate with shareholders and related investors.
- Prepare presentation, the annual report, ESG checklist, investor releasing and other communication materials for any kind of earnings releases to shareholders, analysts, investors.
- Arrange IR activities and coordinating with relevant parties for Analyst meeting, Company Visit, Site Visit, Conference call, Investor Roadshow and other activities related to shareholder events.
- Providing information to the company’s management relating to stock performance, analyst report, investor perceptions and summarizing data of the company and industry to IR team and Executives.
- Provide reliable information and maintain good relationships with the investment community such as regulators, financial institutions, investors and stock exchange team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. An MBA, CFA, or CPA is preferred.
- 3+ years of work experience as IR professional in Public Limited Company Listed on SET preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
