- Monitor & control Utilization Capacity of Partner for maintenance Last mile to customer Within SLA 24 Hr. And Customer High Value SLA 4 Hrs.
- Tracking and follow up quality punctual of technique maintenance team to appointment customers.
- To analyze problem root cause ‘fault rate maintenance last mile FBB to prevent recurring problems and develop automation tasks, process reports to monitor routine work.
- Control the technician to close order within SLA and control quality of Maintenance.
- Correction and control Maintenance issues and find out solution for support technique maintenance team onsite.
- Proactive for supporting Maintenance
- Follow up and feedback Activity Performance Report to the owner and management
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical communications engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer
- Engineering, or related field
- Experience 1 years’ experience on FTTX Broadband Internet, Telecommunication system, IT Networking
- Knowledge in Data Analysis & data visualization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Tableau , Power BI
- Experience in Service Management, Project Management skills
- Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to use MS Excel, Vlookup, Pivot
