Responsibilities:
- Driving and leading Kaizen, Six Sigma and Improvement Project to meet the company's KPI.
- Enhance and support the production and business process to achieve the company's KPI.
- Lead and Initiative the continuous improvement project to improve productivity, quality and business process.
- Implement and running the 6 Sigma methodologies to be an improvement tool for both business and process initiative to leverage productivity.
- Promote the activities and tools for all improvements.
- Provide sufficient training for Green Belts and coach them to run the projects.
- Responsible on company cost saving with owner KPI department though monthly cost saving and amount of CIP activities.
- Initiative an innovation project for process, quality, productivity improvement.
- Lead and coordinate with supplier or internal department to make an innovation project for process improvement, performance improvement and quality issue solving.
- Support and help in any corporate continual improvement according to establishment of CIP Project or 6 Sigma Project.
- Others as requested from the company.
- Management, Production Technology.
- At least 5 years up to experiences in manufacturing environment.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Good Computer skills.
- Able to handle multi tasks.
- Strong ownership and leadership, independently working and high responsibility and work spirit.
- Provide of 6 Sigma Green Belt certified, Black Belt is preferable.
- Ability to use Minitab software.
- Able to work in Bangkhuntien
- Manufacturing experience is most preferable.
