Project Engineer

• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for initial and detailed project estimations.
• Collaborate with sales and architects on technical aspects to resolve client issues.
• Prepare various project documents such as drawings, specifications, BOQs, and schedules.

• Coordinate with on-site teams to monitor progress and resolve on-the-spot issues.
• Summarize daily project progress compared to the schedule.
• Inspect subcontractor work for orderliness, suitability, and safety, proposing solutions for any issues found.

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the quality of facade installation or exterior architecture and the materials used.
• Create defect checklists to inspect and control the quality of subcontractor work.

• Develop production and construction guidelines for facade projects, analyze potential issues, and prepare solutions.
• Compile project summaries upon completion and propose process improvements for future projects.

• 1-2 years of related experience.
• Age between 24-30 years.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
• BIM experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
