Hr Manager
Panasonic Manufacturing (Thailand) Co.,Ltd.- Plan and develop organization and human recourses.
- Determine HR strategy such as performance evaluations management, succession planning , competency etc.
- Control and manage training to develop employees in order to achieve policy, target and time frame.
- Control and manage recruitment to achieve policy, target and time frame.
- Bonus & annual salary increment survey and proposal.
- Set the section's policy, budget, manpower. Assign, distribute and manage to achieve policy.
- Response to manage in/outside section to retain and develop subordinates and other concerns to increase knowledge, skill and ability.
- Support subordinates to solve problem, to make the decision and work process reduction.
- Response to other assignments.
- Participate in company's meetings, training and activities.
- Thai nationality. Between 41 - 49 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human resource or related fields.
- At least 7 - 10 years of experience in HR functions and least 5 years in Manager level in manufacturing industry on Japanese company and have employees 600 persons up.
- Excellent human relationship skills with team-work spirit and customer service mind.
- Knowledge in system: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Good communication in English.
- Proficient in MS office (PowerPoint and Excel) and familiar with IT systems.
