Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities：
1.Participate in the introduction of new products, review the R&D design output from the perspective of SMT production, and propose design suggestions conducive to mass production;
2.Establish and improve the manufacturability requirements and standards of the process, and lead the implementation of the manufacturing process;
3.Identify and clarify the demand for fixtures and tools, rationalize and optimize the design of steel meshes and fixtures and tools, and carry out acceptance and management;
4.Ensure the smooth production of new products, ensure that deliveries meet customer requirements, and provide a production feasibility report after trial production;
5.Complete the preparation of SOP, QC engineering drawings, DFM, PFMEA and other related documents;
6.Analyze and improve production line abnormalities/internal QA/customer complaint issues, and provide technical support for 8D reports;
7.Provide technical support for the introduction of new materials and processes, and optimization of process parameters;
8.Measure and optimize the standard working hours of products to ensure capacity improvement;
9.Participate in customer audits, answer customer questions, ensure the smooth completion of audits, and improve and respond to audit issues.

Requirements

Bachelor degree or above, majoring in machinery or electrical automation; at least 5 years of SMT experience, and more than 3 years of work experience in this position;
Work location: Thailand, able to withstand certain work pressure;
Proficient in steel mesh design, with good experience in steel mesh hole opening and fixture optimization; those with POP/Flip Chip/Underfill process experience are preferred;
Familiar with electronic industry standards, such as pad packaging design, oven temperature setting, material solderability requirements, moisture-sensitive device control, etc.;
Product-related knowledge training, QC techniques, and other knowledge training
Proficient in using Office office software, CAM350, AutoCAD and other software;
Clear logic, good communication skills, team cooperation ability; strong learning ability, practical ability, down-to-earth work style; strong sense of responsibility, cheerful personality, honest and trustworthy, proactive and positive attitude.
