Sales Co-ordinator

- Responsible for taking care of document control, delivery control, and inventory control of both domestic and import materials.

- Document control such as receiving and issuing PO, tax invoice including control quotation and billing schedule.

- Delivery control such as control delivery to match with customer's request.

- Inventory control such as monitoring stock and check customer's forecast.

- Coordinate with customers and suppliers for all concerned matters with focus on polite, fast and effective communication to ensure their satisfaction.

- Other jobs as company assigned.

Sales Co-Ordinator (At least 2 years of experience)

- Female age 25-30 years

- Bachelor’s degree in any field

- Basic computer skills such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

- Good communication skills, especially speaking and listening in English

- Japanese speaking (N3) is a plus

- BOI experience is a plus

- Has a service mind, helpful and good manners

- Has the ability to think on her feet and resolve issues well

- Is a fast self-learner and well-organized
