Technical Service Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Service Support Team Leader who can manage a team and develop effective service processes to deliver timely and efficient customer support. If you have experience in team management, problem-solving, and process improvement, we’d love to have you on our team!
Responsibilities:

**Oversee and manage the Service Support team to ensure the delivery of efficient and timely customer support services.

**Plan and develop service processes to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction. Troubleshoot complex issues and provide guidance to the team in handling challenging situations, while ensuring that operations meet established standards and reporting progress to management.

**Handle the installation of both software and hardware systems, provide user training, deliver the system to clients, and offer ongoing service and support. Foster collaboration across departments to resolve potential issues and improve operational processes.

**Build and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring a consistent and reliable service experience. Manage the logistics of customer deliveries and track the status of repairs.

**Experience in managing a Service Support team or a similar customer service-related role.

**Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in complex situations. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

**Knowledge of software/hardware installation and usage is a plus.
