Job Summary:
The Training Center Section Chief leads the training center operations, ensuring effective employee development in the electronics manufacturing sector. This role involves managing the training team, conducting training needs assessments, creating an annual training plan, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Management: Supervise and support the training team, allocate resources, and provide performance feedback.
- Training Needs Assessment: Conduct surveys and collaborate with departments to identify skills gaps and training needs.
- Yearly Training Plan: Develop and execute a comprehensive training calendar that aligns with company goals and employee needs, both general and technical courses.
- Program Development: Design and update technical training programs (e.g., manufacturing processes, safety, equipment handling).
- Training Delivery: Lead training sessions, both in-house and public, using effective instructional techniques.
- Evaluation & Reporting: Monitor training effectiveness and report on outcomes to management.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all training adheres to safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, HR, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in training, preferably in manufacturing.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, training design, and organizational skills.
- English: Good command of English is an advantage (TOEIC Score 550+ is a plus).
