- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop tailored training programs and materials for the department or specific section.
- Create engaging training content, including modules, presentations, manuals, and multimedia resources to facilitate effective learning.
Training Delivery
- Conduct training sessions for employees, ensuring that technical concepts are delivered clearly and concisely.
- Utilize diverse training methods such as presentations, demonstrations, hands-on exercises, and simulations to enhance learning outcomes.
As a Section Chief
- Set clear goals for the team members, and follow up on their implementation and progress.
- Identify the strengths and weaknesses of team members, providing tailored support to improve their skills and motivation.
- Offer guidance and support to assist team members in overcoming challenges they may encounter in their tasks.
Training Evaluation and Improvement
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Continuously refine training materials and methodologies based on feedback and industry best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies, products, and trends to incorporate relevant updates into training programs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with manufacturing teams and other departments to understand new features, functionalities, and operational needs, and integrate them into training content.
Documentation and Knowledge Management
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of training materials, processes, and best practices.
- Contribute to the organizational knowledge base by documenting common technical issues and their solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Electronic engineering or related.
- 5-7 years of proven experience in designing and delivering technical training programs, preferably in a technology-driven or electronics-related industry.
- Strong command of English (written and spoken). TOEIC score of 550+ is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of electronics is essential. Familiarity with e-learning platforms, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and multimedia tools is an added advantage.
- Exceptional presentation and communication abilities to engage and inspire trainees and engineers effectively.
- Leadership capabilities to manage training programs and mentor junior trainers, if required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to cater to various learning styles and needs.
