Product Specialist

As a Product Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Support the development of new healthcare products, compiling key industry insights.
• Conduct market research and data analysis to support executive decision-making and identify business opportunities.
• Work with labs to ensure product viability and to facilitate clinical trial data collection and safety assessments.
• Provide technical consultation on product features, safety, and usage to both related internal and external parties.
• Assist in launching new products by working with stakeholders on pricing, and brandings.
• Monitor product performance, user feedback, and necessary updates for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and product safety guidelines.
• Translate scientific and business documents (English/Thai) for internal and sales team use.

Executive Support & Administrative Management (10%)

• Prepare and organize documents, reports, and confidential materials.
• Assist in planning conferences, booking calendars, and business meetings.
• Serve as the primary contact for executives, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
• Take and distribute minutes for management meetings.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Science, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product management, development, regulatory affairs, or market research in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry.
• Fluent English is a must.
• Strong understanding of healthcare  or beauty product development, regulatory compliance, and clinical research.
• Background in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or biotechnology.
• Familiarity with FDA regulations, and industry safety guidelines.
