ดูแลรับผิดชอบการในการรับและกระจายข้อมูล เช่น Email, Fax, จดหมาย ให้กับแผนกต่างๆ จัดระเบียบแฟ้มเอกสาร จัดทำรายงาน จัดเตรียมเอกสารประชุมทำรายงานการประชุม ช่วยเหลือ SGM ในการพิมพ์งานและการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ ช่วยติดตามงานจากแผนกต่างๆ และทำงานตามที่ SGM มอบหมาย
• วุฒิปริญญาตรีทุกสาขา
• มีประการณ์งานเลขานุการ หรืองานธุรการประสานงานมาไม่น้อยกว่า 1-3 ปีขึ้นไป
• สามารถใช้ Excel (Pivot, Vlookup) ได้ดี และสามารถทำข้อมูลเชิงวิเคราะห์ได้
• ทำงานประสานงานได้ ละเอียดรอบครอบ จัดทำดับความสำคัญของงานได้
• สะดวกปฏิบัติงาน 6 วัน/สัปดาห์
