Job Descriptions
- Responsible for recording and reporting.
- Record manual costing, AP/AR, internal transfer inventory and verify the accounting report correctly and timely.
- Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
- Working with Distribution team on overdue payments
- Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments
- Coordinate with other department to set up accrued costs.
- Checking & Reconcile Month End Costing Transactions and Reports.
- Reconcile all related accounts, including bank, Stripe, and PayPal.
- Prepare all concerned reports, such as the quantity Report, the combined sales report, FX Price Adjustment Monthly Report, Repurchase Report, etc.
- Give consulting to other business units related to cost transactions.
- Observer for Physical Inventory Checking and verify the reconciliation report.
- ACC Observer for Obsolete Stock Process and submit related documents to Thailand Revenue Department.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably in the accounting and financial reporting industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing financial operations and leading finance teams
- Excellent financial analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide strategic insights
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in financial software, spreadsheets, and data analysis tools
- Thorough understanding of financial regulations, accounting standards, and best practices
- Fluent in both English and Thai
- Experience in using Xero would be a plus.
