HR Officer
Muang Thai Insurance PCL.• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Provide counseling on policies and procedures
• Be actively involved in Employee Relations such as building a strong company culture and healthy work environment.
• Develop training and development programs
• Conduct on-boarding and off-boarding process for locally employees and prepare relevant documentation.
• Have a good understanding of HR law in particularly relating to contracts, terms and conditions, discrimination, dismissal processes, grievances, etc.
• Providing Special projects or ad hoc support on other tasks as required.
