It Engineer
First Rubber Co.,Ltd.- Maintaining and troubleshooting factory computer systems and networks, including servers, workstations, and other hardware.
- Managing software applications and databases used by the factory, including enterprise resource planning (ERP) and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
- Working with other departments to understand their technology needs and developing solutions to meet those needs.
- Ensuring data security and privacy, implementing backup and recovery procedures, and monitoring system performance.
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining factory equipment that is connected to the network, such as barcode scanners, RFID readers, and other IoT devices.
- Keeping up to date with emerging technologies and making recommendations for technology upgrades and improvements.
- Managing software licenses and ensuring compliance with licensing agreements.
- Training factory employees on how to use technology tools and systems.
- Collaborating with vendors and external service providers to resolve technical issues and implement new solutions.
- Participating in the development and execution of the factory's overall technology strategy.
- Technical Skills: Strong technical skills in areas such as networking, server administration, database management, and programming are essential for this role. Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP)
- Problem-solving skills: The ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems quickly and efficiently
- Communication skills: Effective communication skills are necessary to collaborate with various teams within the factory and to train employees on the use of technology tools and systems
