Responsibilities

Translation:

1.Recruitment and hiring of Thai workers and people with disabilities.
2.Recruitment and hiring for Manager positions.
3Job posting, candidate interviews, and selection, with recommendations for hiring presented to management.
4.Preparing employment contracts for new employees at levels C7-C9.
5.Monitoring and evaluating probationary employees within 70, 80, or 90 days until they pass their probation period.
6.Informing employees of their probationary evaluation results and collecting relevant documentation.
7.Conducting exit interviews for employees who resign after more than 90 days of employment.
8.Developing action plans for employee resignations in collaboration with their departments to present to the HR Manager.
9.Analyzing recruitment processes to ensure candidates meet the needs of both the department and the organization.
10.Proposing new recruitment channels to the department and organization.
11.Understanding and being aware of the presence of pests and pest control monitoring within the company.
12.Being aware of and complying with relevant quality system procedures, including food safety standards.
13.Being aware of and adhering to occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.
14.Performing duties under quality management systems such as ISO 9001, BRC, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Halal, and other standard systems.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any field
At least 2 years of experience in recruitment and hiring within the industrial sector.
Highly motivated and proactive in work.
Excellent interpersonal skills.

Standard Can manufacture a variety of beverage cans, including juice, coffee, energy drinks, coconut juice, orange juice, pineapple juice, etc. Materials in the lacquer coating process are controlled in order to comply with International Standards, where a high quality lacquer coating is needed to prevent corrosion. Standard Can has a beverage can production capacity of 400 million cans per year.
Standard Can is a recognized leader of paint cans and rectangular cans. We use UV print and colour management systems (“CTP” computer to plate) to control colour shading, brightness and standout. In order to meet world class production standards and International Standards, such as GMP/HACCP and Food Safety, we use systematic production in a clean room. Standard can is certified by UN type Y for rectangular cans (screw cap). Standard Can produces over 20 million colour cans and 10 million different types of rectangular cans every year.

Standard Can has a wide range of coloured can can sizes, ranging from 1 to 20 litres. Customer applications include enamel paints, primers, industrial paints, wood stain paints and automotive paints.
