Administration:
1. Responsible for preparing documents and applying work permits for new foreign teachers each academic year.
2. Responsible to prepare documents and renew work permits
3. Responsible for preparing documents and applying for work permits for foreign staff who would be hired on the special courses of schools such as Summer camp, orientation.
4. Responsible for preparing documents and canceling work permits for resigned foreign staff.
5. Responsible for preparing documents and coordinating with hospitals or clinics for medical certificates for a work permit.
6. Responsible for the allowances of foreign teachers, consisting of housing allowance, school housing allowance, flight allowance, freight allowance, medical insurance.
7. Coordinate and submit insurance claim documents for foreign teachers and their dependents and CEO via email and original by post.
8. Check the PR for allowances of foreign teachers, Headmasters and Thai staff who request to reimburse telephone fees, lunch fees. airfare, car fuel and PD.
General Duties
1. Prepare Indy rental house contract and inventory list for new tenant.
2. Responsible and coordinated with Indy team for Indy inspection, check the property of the teachers who are moving in and moving out and record the results of the inspection.
3. Provide services for teachers who need to make a visa in case of going to a foreign PD, and coordinate with the Bangkok office for applying for a visa.
4. Translate documents into English as assigned.
5. Any other duties as requested by the Line Manager.
Additional Assignment
Coordinate for Thai staff/Resignation/Recruitment/Terminate/Retirement
Coordinate and check employee information regarding TISCO provident fund, the membership application form, resignation, TISCO Loan} TISCO Line Connect Application
Sending the email to staff about the reminder of the school holidays, announcement of staff and family pass away
Coordinate of lawyer of the Phuket Provincial Labour Protection and Welfare Office, and the School Lawyer in preparing warning letter, terminate letter for thai staff
Prepare an annual training plan for Thai Staff with the Human Resources Manager and other department
Coordinate various training arrangements, both internal and external training
Report internal and external training sessions of thai staff to submit to submit to the Department of Skill Development website
Coordinate for the annual school foundation day with the Human Resources Manager and other department manager
Prepare a recommendation letter to apply the police check for New foreign teachers / resigned teachers / staff under the service agreement / summer Camp / Student (if any) Document translation coordination (if any)
Coordinate with insurance companies to quotations for accident and health insurance for Thai and foreign staff
